Tee Times: 7:30am OR 1:30pm
Cost: $90 Per Person
$100 Per Person w/ T-shirt
Includes: 18 holes of golf, carts, trophies,
door prizes, dinner and drinks.
Golfers: Come as a foursome, or we will match you
up. After the first 9 holes there will be hot dogs,
brats and metts. After 18 holes there will be
lunch/dinner. The silent auction will follow the
6pm dinner. You do not have to be present to win.
Lunch/Dinner Guests: If you want to join us for
lunch or dinner only, the cost is $25
(includes beer & soft drinks) starting at approximately
12 noon or 6pm. The silent auction will follow the
6pm dinner. You do not have to be present to win.
Sponsorship: Companies or individuals may
SPONSOR A CART for a donation of $50,
SPONSOR A HOLE for a donation of $100, or
be a SPONSOR on our 22nd Anniversary
t-shirt for a donation of $200.

The purpose of the fund is to reach out with hope and caring
to those suffering from a catastrophic illness. An
individual or two will be pre-selected to be the recipient
of the funds. To date, we have raised in excess of $600,000
thanks to the support of so many!!!!
